As such, Milan collaborates with over 600 Mercer industry colleagues & consultants and clients in developing and delivering Health, Wealth and Career consulting solutions, products and tools.

Mercer’s Energy & Chemicals Vertical works with over 300 clients in both national and international organizations across the value chain of both industries.

Milan facilitates Mercer’s African Energy Forum (Virtual), Mercer’s Middle East & North Africa Energy Forum (Dubai) and Mercer’s Asia Energy Forum (Kuala Lumpur) as well as Mercer’s European Energy HR Strategy Network (London) These peer-to-peer industry networks meet twice a year and connect HR leaders in the industry to discuss topical issues and develop pragmatic insights.

Milan is the Mercer energy lead for the Mercer/Oliver Wyman joint venture on The Workforce for the Future and as such, works with senior leadership teams in organizations in understanding the Human Capital impact of digitalization, artificial intelligence and robotics. Milan is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Taskforce on Preparing for the Future of Work for Oil and Gas.
