Jaycie Bradshaw – Palmer Holland

Jaycie Bradshaw is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Palmer Holland, a North American specialty chemical and fine ingredient distributor.  In this leadership role, she oversees the full scope of the company’s HR strategy, including talent acquisition, training and development, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.  Her appointment to CHRO in May 2023 reflects Palmer Holland’s ongoing investment in its people and its commitment to long-term, sustainable growth through a people-first culture and long-term mindset.

With more than 15 years of progressive HR experience, Jaycie is known as a performance-driven, people-centered leader.  She has led company-wide initiatives to strengthen recruiting strategies, implement structured compensation frameworks, expand training and university partnerships, and enhance internal communications within the dynamic environment of a fast-growing, employee-owned organization.

Before joining Palmer Holland, Jaycie held HR leadership roles at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems and began her career at a regional recruiting firm.  Her experience spans a wide range of industries, from engineering and manufacturing to specialty distribution, giving her a broad perspective on leading through both transformation and growth.

Jaycie holds an MBA in Human Resources from Baldwin Wallace University and a BA in Public Relations and Journalism from Ohio University.  She is an active member of SHRM, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), and The ESOP Association (TEA), and brings a strong employee-ownership mindset to her work.  Jaycie is also a frequent speaker and an enthusiastic advocate for the future of workplace leadership, culture, and talent development.
