Aaron Lee, Aaron Lee is currently Senior Vice President, Global Health & Nutrition at Univar Solutions, where he leads a global team of approximately 340 professionals serving the food, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across specialty chemical distribution and manufacturing, Aaron has built global businesses, designed organizations, developed leadership teams and guided people through significant growth and change. He believes that clear strategy, strong culture and empowered talent are essential to building organizations that can adapt and win. Aaron holds an MBA from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in management, from Loyola University Chicago. He also completed the University of Chicago Executive Leadership Development Program.
