The Chemical Summit Cancellation Policy


While we’d love to see you at The Chemical Summit, we understand that plans can change. Please email with your request.

  • Cancellations requested 45 or more days prior to the start of the Summit, are eligible for a full refund less $100 administration fee.
  • Cancellations requested up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the Summit are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. 
  • No refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.

  • Please email substitution requests to Be sure to include the name, company, email address and phone number of both the original registrant AND of the substitute.   
  • All substitutions should be submitted 21 days before the start of the conference. Substitutions can also be made on-site at the conference registration desk, however we cannot guarantee an official name badge.
