John Outcalt is Vice President of International Sales and Strategy at Palmer Holland, a North American specialty chemical and ingredient distributor. He has been with Palmer Holland for more than 15 years, serving in a variety of commercial leadership roles across sales, supplier management, and business strategy. Most recently, John led Palmer Holland’s CASE business before transitioning into his newly created role focused on international growth, strategic planning, and cross-border commercial development.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family and chasing his four kids around to their various sports and activities.
