Mara Gliozzi is President & CEO of McGean, a Cleveland-based specialty chemical manufacturer where she has spent her entire 40+ year career. Starting as a summer intern, she advanced through roles in sales, marketing, purchasing, customer service, business management, and executive leadership, gaining extensive expertise across the specialty chemical industry.

Mara is a strong advocate for employee engagement, customer focus, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. She is actively involved in the Society of Chemical Manufacturers & Affiliates (SOCMA) and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Governors, helping advance industry priorities and promote responsible chemical manufacturing.
