Pete Corle is Chief Commercial Officer of Solstice Advanced Materials’ Refrigerants & Applied Solutions segment, where he helps lead the company’s commercial strategy, sales execution and customer growth agenda. He brings more than 25 years of global experience in commercial leadership, P&L management, sales strategy and business transformation across industrial and consumer end markets.

Before joining Solstice, Pete held senior commercial leadership roles at Dow and Dow Performance Silicones, where he led large-scale specialty chemicals portfolios, managed cross-functional sales, marketing, demand management and commercial excellence teams, and supported growth across markets including construction, transportation, electrification, home and personal care, oil and gas, elastomers and chemical additives.

Pete holds a degree in Marketing from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
